No one likes bad news first thing in the morning, so when Chelsea finds a letter from in the IRS in her morning email, she is very upset.  The government agency claims that records submitted with last year's tax forms are inconsistent, in fact, the letter stops just short of saying that the books have been cooked!  How can this be?  Chelsea hired accountants, Paris and Darling to take care of the bookkeeping for her, just so problems like this wouldn't happen.  She trusted them and now look at the trouble they caused!
Chelsea and her husband and business partner, Larry, discuss their options and decide to make a "documentary" film, to sell to raise money to pay the extra taxes now due.  Larry sets up the camera while Chelsea calls in the girls.
Upon entering, Paris and Darling are each given a copy of the letter from the IRS and a release form to sign, to keep Chelsea, Larry and their company free from any future problems with the law.  After reading the letter, they are told they must agree to be participants in the company's new documentary in payment for their egregious errors, or be fired.  Needing their jobs desperately, both agree to participate, albeit with great trepidation, and they read and sign their release forms.  Then it's off to glowing red bottomland!
Darling is spanked first, squealing and struggling the whole time.  Chelsea is undaunted by Darling's efforts to get out of the punishment spanking.  Using only her hand, Chelsea makes sure that Darling feels the sting and, small as her hand is, it seems to do the trick.  Darling's delightful derriere is soon bright red, showing the evidence of the stern spanking she so justly deserves.
Paris is next and Chelsea is just as stern.  As Paris is being punished, she doesn't realize that she's really blameless.  She gave the correct total figure to Darling.  Darling simply lost those figures and guessed at the correct amounts when she filled out the forms and submitted them on Chelsea's behalf.  Paris begins to apologize as she's spanked, figuring she must have made some mistake.  Darling has taken her punishment without really admitting anything except that she "should have double-checked Paris' work".  When Paris' spanking nears it's end, Darling sees an opportunity to lay all the blame on Paris.  Chelsea believes Darling and declares a second punishment for Paris is in order.  She orders Darling to give Paris a sound spanking, first thing the next morning.

The plot:  In this video within a video, Eve (played by Kayla) convinces Taylor (played by Cherry) to take a walk on the wild side.  Tired of her everyday job as a bank teller, Taylor is intrigued by Eve's profession as a spanking model.  When Taylor finds out that Eve earns in one day what it takes all week to make as a teller, she's even more interested.  Still unsure of just what the job might require, Taylor is hesitant about giving a shoot a try.  Sneaky Eve talks Taylor into tagging along, "Just to watch."  When the two arrive at the spanking shoot on the appointed day and director Chelsea hands both girls a release to fill out, Taylor questions her friend's motives.  Eve confesses that she's told Chelsea that both of them would be performing.  Put in a hard spot, literally, Taylor reluctantly signs the release and then takes a seat to watch what's in store for her as Eve does the first scene of the movie.

The plot:  It's back to the home of Aunt Chelsea for another story about naughty nieces who need good spankings.  As in "House Rules" (CP-93) Samantha Woodley is still living with her aunt while she attends college.  But, the trouble doubles when Samantha's little sister, the 19 year old Sierra, comes to visit for the summer after her high school graduation.  She's supposed to be looking into going to the same college as her big sister, but big sis has some other lessons in mind.  Samantha's first lesson for her darling little sister?  How to get Aunt Chelsea to spank you...real hard!  On Sierra's first night at Aunt Chelsea's, the two randy sisters get into a pillow fight that ends with a broken vase! She offers to pay to have the scratch repaired, but Aunt Chelsea knows that is unlikely since Sierra doesn't have a job.  When Sierra says that her Daddy will pay for it, that only makes Aunt Chelsea more angry.  It's obvious that Sierra is irresponsible because her parents have always been too lenient with her.  Then she offers to paint the bumper herself.  That proposal is even more ridiculous, of course.  If Aunt Chelsea hadn't been provoked before, she certainly is by that remark. "No, Aunt Chelsea!  It hurts!"  Sierra pouts. "And it's gonna keep hurting until I decide you've passed this first college class with a big, red A"! Chelsea replies crisply as she vigorously introduces Sierra to some good old fashioned discipline.  True to her promise, by the time Chelsea let's Sierra up, the girl's preciously pert derriere is red hot!
No first summer away from home would be complete without a night of drunken disorderliness.  Samantha gleefully provides Sierra with her first taste of liquor by introducing her younger sister to a drinking technique known as the "blow job".  Using cylinder shaped shot glasses, the girls slide their luscious lips down the length of the glass, pick it up with their mouths and drain the contents without the use of their hands.  As the two girls practice this sexually suggestive style of drinking, using straight vodka, they grow more and more intoxicated.  Just as Sierra lifts the shot glass, firmly held in her mouth, for another shot at the tricky shot, Aunt Chelsea enters.  A startled Sierra drops the glass as her mouth falls open in surprise. "Spanking Web Cam" is another video within a video kind of plot. Natali and Sinn run a live spanking web cam site where they take members' requests and enact them live via a live feed situation. This may be a fantasy plot, but the emails the girls read are actual email requests that we at CPE have received over the last year. We only had time to get two requests played out, but we're so pleased with this scenario and how well it plays out, that we're almost positive we'll be addressing more requests in a sequel.
The first request is from a customer who sent a plot idea about a young woman leaving home for the first time. Before she leaves, the daughter (played by nubile Natali) asks her mother to spank her one last time, to clear the air since the two haven't been getting along so well lately. The mother (played by Chelsea, of course) agrees that a good spanking might be just the what is needed to set things right, but before she gets to it, she overhears Natali telling a friend (played by sensational Sinn) all about the spanking to come and how she's not worried in the least. Natali seems to think that Mom has lost her touch by now and, therefore, the spanking probably won't hurt much. Mom hastens to correct, not only her daughter's misconception, but overall naughty attitude. She hand spanks, paddles and straps Natali - all right in front of Sinn whom she invites to stay and witness the severe punishment. Sinn watches with rapt attention and enjoys it so much she begins to taunt Natali while her red bottomed friend furiously endures the serious spanking.
